A Trip to National Shrine of the Divine Mercy in Bulacan (Part 1)

We, the YES (Youth En Singles) Ministry of Oasis of Love members, went to the National Shrine of the Divine Mercy in Marilao Bulacan last April 3, 2011. It was a day full of fun, learning and sharing.

At 5:45 in the morning, we arrived at the shrine and decided to take some good pictures at the place.

Everyone was very excited for the activities for the whole day.

After the mass, we had the Station of the Cross. We also visited the "Little Poland" and Lourdes' Cave. 

In "Little Poland", you just have to pay 10 pesos for the entrance but you will be actually given a souvenir, which is the Divine Mercy picture with the 3 o'clock prayer and chaplet at the back side of the photo. This souvenir also costs 10 pesos in the souvenir shop so you're actually viewing the "Little Poland" for free. :)

We were able to learn that Pope John Paul II played an important role in spreading Sister Faustina's mission, which is to spread Divine Mercy to each human being. Of course, it will not be complete if I did not take pictures of the inside and out of "Little Poland". Here are some of them:
